We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

Orders below this threshold will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary due to:

- Fraud prevention checks
- High-demand periods

Orders are not considered shipped until a tracking number is issued.

3. Delivery Timeframes

4. Fulfillment & Shipping Origin

8. Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

Orders are considered successfully delivered once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

At that point, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
- Delivery errors made by the carrier

Customers should contact the carrier directly for delivery disputes.

9. Shipping Delays

Such delays do not qualify for refunds.

Orders that are still in transit are not eligible for refunds.
